1. General information
1.1. The use of the Teslabim software product (hereinafter referred to as the Program) implies that you accept all the terms of this license agreement.
1.2. This license agreement for the use of the Program (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is a legal agreement between its Copyright Holder and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the User).
1.3. Installation, copying, downloading, accessing or any other use of the Program means that the User fully agrees with all the terms of this Agreement and agrees to its conclusion.
1.4. The User undertakes to comply with the terms of this Agreement on the use of the software.
1.5. The Program may be distributed free of charge without the written permission of the Copyright Holder, provided that the distribution is preserved unchanged.
1.6. The User may not: modify, lease, sell or modify this Program. Any such unauthorized use of the Program entails the immediate and automatic revocation of this license and may be subject to prosecution under criminal and/or civil law.
1.7. The Copyright Holder grants the User the right to free unlimited use of the Program.
1.8. The User can install the Program on all personal computers at his disposal.
1.9. The User has the right to replicate, distribute, redistribute, transfer the Program to other persons without special permission of the Copyright Holder only in its original and unchanged form, subject to the fulfillment of other restrictions of this license agreement.
1.10. The Program does not collect any information about the User or his software, except for the data specified by the User when registering on the site https://www.teslabim.ru , as well as statistics on the use of Program commands.


2. Restrictions
2.1. The User undertakes not to perform the following actions: disassemble, decompile or modify the components of the Program, use any hardware, device, software or other methods to (or intended to) bypass or remove technical protection in any form used by the Program.
2.2. It is allowed to use the Program for commercial purposes.
2.3. Commercial distribution of the Program is prohibited.


3. Disclaimer of liability
3.1. The User receives the Program as is, in its current state, without warranty of operation or other warranties, expressed or implied.
3.2. The Copyright Holder does not guarantee the absence of errors in the Program, and also under no circumstances is responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred while using the Program, including losses related to loss of opportunity, income or profit, data loss or claims made by third parties.
3.3. There is no guarantee of marketable value or suitability for a particular purpose.
3.4. The User assumes the entire risk associated with the use of the Program.
3.5. The Copyright Holder is not responsible for any consequences, as well as for direct and indirect, special and other damages caused by the Program (including, without limitation, losses from loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other financial damage).
3.6. The Copyright Holder reserves the right to terminate the provision of services in case of violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement, as well as in case of copyright infringement or assistance in copyright infringement of the Program.
3.7. If the User does not accept the terms of this Agreement, then he has no right to use the Program.
3.8. The Copyright Holder reserves the right to amend this Agreement by publishing the changes on the website in advance https://www.teslabim.ru 10 (ten) days before the changes take effect.
